Services offered by Mail ::
Some of services, as listed below, can also be obtained by application
through mail. In such cases, the applicant must send a self addressed,
postage paid envelope for return service. Documents sent without a
pre-paid self-addressed envelope are not processed.
Application forms for the following consular services are received and delivered by mail:
- Issuance of a new passport.
- Renewal of Passport.
- Issuance of Visa.
- Issuance of "No Visa Required (NVR) seal.
- Attestation and Certification.
- Endorsement on Passport.
However, on receipt of an application, the Consular Officer may ask for an interview of the applicant.
